Conditions of rent

Here you will find the booking conditions and terms of payment for rentals and camping. You can also download the Reservation Form and return it to us.

 

Payment conditions of the mobil-homes, chalets rent :

• To send 30 % of the stay at the booking , one month before your arrival. In case of cancellation , you will lose your deposit.
• If you cut the stay short, you will become no refund.
• From the second day onwards - except if the customer declared a delay- the booking will be considered as cancelled . The camping will use also the mobilhome
  and will keep the deposit. The full payment of services will be required.
• Payment can be made by : holiday cheques , bank card , cheques , foreigners cheques

Occupancy conditions of the mobil-homes rent :

• In season , the rent begin the saturday and finish the Saturday . You can arrive from 16 o’clock on , you must leave at the lastest 10 o’clock the planned
  day of the departure . Off season this clause can be modified.
• The week-end stretches from the friday evening 16 o’clock to the sunday evening 15 o’clock.
• You are resonsible for the equipement that the camping will rent you.
• At the end of the booking period the mobil-home should be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.Should this not be the case 40 € will be withheld
  from the security.
• A 230 € security is required on entering the camp site to cover possible damage.
• Only one animal will be accepted. You must not shut the animal up alone in the mobil-home. You must keep your animal on the leash.
• Only one automobile per rent, car park in the entry for the extra vehicles

Booking for mobil-home rent :

• A payment of ___________ , equal to 30% of the total cost of the mobil-home booking
• You must draw the payments at « Camping La Gallouette »
• I authenticate and accepte unreserved the conditions of the rent booking.
• To be accepted , the rent contract be filled and sent with the corresponding down payment cheque.

Conditions of rent for tents and caravans :

Booking for a place

• 76 € enclosed for the booking of a place the difference at your arrival.
• To rent a place, you must send a mail with a deposit cheque of 76 € (min. 6 days)
• In case of cancellation , you will lose your deposit. The animals must be vaccinated, tattooed and keep on the leash.
• From the second day onwards - except if the customer declared a delay- the booking will be considered as cancelled . The camping will use also the place
  and will keep the deposit. The full payment of services will be required.
• Occupancy of a place : arrival from 12 o’clock onwards , departure at 12 o’clock at the latest. Off season the clause can be modified.
• I authenticate and accepte unreserved the conditions of the rent booking.
• To be accepted , the rent contract be filled and sent with the corresponding down payment cheque.
